About Us
Urban Motion, founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Jamie Fagan, is a dynamic and inclusive Hip Hop & Multi-Activity coaching company dedicated to empowering young people across the UK & Ireland. Our mission is to inspire and uplift the next generation through engaging classes, workshops, after-school programs, birthday parties, events, and more.
With a diverse range of activities—including hip hop, parkour, skateboarding, and beyond—we strive to break down social barriers, promote inclusivity, and create opportunities for young people of all backgrounds, abilities, and cultures. At Urban Motion, we believe in using movement and creativity to build confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging for every child we reach.
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to create innovative opportunities for young people, with a special focus on rural areas across the UK & Ireland. By 2026, we aim to positively impact 1 million children, ensuring they have access to enriching experiences that support their personal growth, confidence, and well-being.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to explore their potential, regardless of their background or location. We recognise the unique challenges faced by youth in rural areas, where opportunities for engagement and development are often limited. That’s why we’re committed to bridging this gap—bringing diverse, high-energy activities directly to their communities and ensuring equal access to transformative experiences for all.
