What Each Category Means

Awarded to the standout dancer across the entire Urban Motion network. This student consistently brings high-level energy, performance, and dedication to every session. They inspire others and represent the very best of what Urban Motion stands for.

Given to the dancer who has made the biggest leap forward this year — in skill, confidence, focus or attitude. They may have started off shy or unsure, but they’ve worked hard and transformed into a stronger version of themselves.

The heart and soul of their class. This student shows up with a positive attitude, supports others, and lives out the values of respect, inclusion, and joy. They lift the room just by being in it.

A younger dancer (usually under 10) who has blown us away with their potential, focus, and energy. They’re developing fast, love what they do, and we know they’re just getting started.

This award goes to a standout student in our Champion Training Program. They show dedication to advanced training, consistently push themselves, support their team, and strive for excellence in every session.

A young leader in the making. This dancer naturally supports others, leads by example, and shows qualities that could one day make them an incredible Urban Motion coach.

This family brings it all — multiple dancers, endless support, and positive energy at every event. Their involvement helps shape our community and reminds us what Urban Motion is all about.
