By participating in any event or program organized by Urban Motion Events or Urban Motion C.I.C (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of photos and videos and the handling of your personal information. 1. Use of Photos and Videos: a. Photos and Videos: The Company may take photographs and videos during events or programs for promotional and marketing purposes. b. Permission: By participating in our events or programs, you grant the Company the right to use these photographs and videos in promotional materials, social media, advertising, and other related purposes. c. Exclusions: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event organizers in advance and to avoid areas where photography and videography are taking place. 2. Handling of Personal Information: a. Collection: The Company may collect personal information from participants, including but not limited to names, contact details, and demographic information, for the purposes of event management, communication, and marketing. b. Storage and Protection: All personal information collected will be held securely and will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the individuals concerned, except as required by law. c. Consent: By providing your personal information to the Company, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of this information for the stated purposes. 3. Liability: a. Risk Acknowledgment: All competitors entering Urban Motion Hip Hop Championships do so at their own risk. By participating in the event, competitors acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dance competitions and performances. b. Limited Liability: Urban Motion Events & Urban Motion C.I.C will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event. c. Full Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children while attending the Urban Motion Hip Hop Championships. d. Supervision: Parents are required to ensure that their children are adequately supervised at all times during the event. e. On-site First Aiders: Trained first aiders will be available on-site to provide assistance in case of injuries or medical emergencies. f. Risk Assessments: The Company will undertake risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks of injury during the event 4. Disqualification Clause: a. Unacceptable Behavior: Any form of harassment, bullying, fighting, or other unreasonable misbehavior is strictly prohibited at the Urban Motion Hip Hop Championships. b. Conduct Standards: All participants are expected to adhere to high standards of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play throughout the event. c. Disqualification Criteria: Any individual found engaging in harassing, bullying, fighting, or other forms of unreasonable misbehavior will be subject to immediate disqualification from the event. d. Organisational Discretion: The Company reserves the right to make decisions regarding disqualification based on its assessment of the situation. 5. Nuts-Free Event: a. No Nuts Allowed: Due to serious allergies, the Urban Motion Hip Hop Championships is strictly a "nuts-free" event. b. Prohibition: Attendees are prohibited from bringing any food or items containing nuts to the event premises. 6. **Payment Terms: a. Payment Requirement: All payments for participation & spectator fees are to be received in full on the day of the event. b. Cash Payments: Cash payments must be placed in an envelope with the Invoice ID and competitor's name clearly stated on the outside. c. Alternative Payment Methods: Card or PayPal payments are accepted. Competitors must inform the organisers in advance if they intend to use these alternative payment methods. 3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating in our events or programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and agree to abide by them. 4.
